By providing a space for shared learning, experiences, and best practice, the HSE helps to ensure that those working in social prescribing are connected and supported in their roles.
In partnership with the HSE, the Family Resource Centre National Forum supports social prescribing through meaningful collaboration that strengthens practitioners, supports organisations, and improves the health and well-being of communities across Ireland.
